• Sports Day 2023

  School Sports Day is next week for Secondary Pathway pupils on the 20^th June and Primary Pathway pupils on the 22^nd June. If you have requested a spectator place, please check back on the app on Tuesday and/or Thursday for any cancellation due to unsuitable weather.

• Coronation Day Celebration 5/5/23

  On Friday 5^th May, the pupils will be attending a whole-school Coronation celebration where the Head Boy and Head Girl will be crowned as King and Queen Consort. The pupils will then have the opportunity to join in with a Coronation picnic with other classes at lunchtime. 

   

  We ask that the pupils come to school wearing their 'Best Clothes' on this day of celebration - no donation required. 

• Easter Holiday 2023 Farm Fun

  Our friends at Diamond-Families Farm Centre are giving families the opportunity to book a place on their Easter Farm Fun Days over the Easter break. Have fun in the great outdoors meeting lots of animals, playing games and doing craft activities. • 17/3/23 Red Nose Day and Year 10/11 Stall

  This Friday we ask pupils to wear something red, a little Miss or Mr Men costume for Red Nose Day. Please can pupils make a small donation. 

   

  Year 10 and 11 pupils will be selling colouring books and cakes for 50p each and bookmarks for 20p each this Friday. Please send in a small amount of money with your child if you want them to purchase something.

• Fundraising Event: School Fashion Show 28/3/23

  On Tuesday 28^th March 2023 we are excited to invite family and friends of Watermill School to our fundraising fashion show event here in School.

   

  Doors will open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start, tickets are £2.50 each and are available either from the school office, or correct money can be sent in to school with your child in an envelope (stating fashion show and your child's name and class) and tickets will be returned home.  

   

  There will be a fashion show with models on the catwalk showing off clothing for all shapes and sizes. Clothing can be purchased on the day should anything be of interest to you. There will also be a number of stalls from local people offering a range of items from cakes and toiletries to painted silks, a raffle and of course refreshments. Through all the things on offer there is sure to be some bargains to be had. Some stalls will only be able to accept cash, whereas others are able to accept card payments, including clothes purchases. 

   

  Any donation prizes towards a raffle or tombola would be gratefully received and can be sent in to school at any point before the show. 

  All proceeds go to the school fund to benefit all children who attend Watermill School. 

   

  The evening should be lots of fun for everyone involved, we hope that you can join us.
